Zoning Advisory Committee

The members of the Zoning Advisory Committee (“ZAC”) shall conduct and oversee the development of the Zoning Code and participate in ZAC meetings. The ZAC will generate ideas and build consensus, provide the consulting team with relevant information reflective of the community’s current conditions and regulatory environment, review materials prepared by the consulting team (if applicable) and provide constructive feedback. The ZAC will also support each of the public participation and outreach efforts and assist the consulting team in integrating the Zoning Code into the existing municipal code.
