NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Lansing Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, January 14, 2026 @ 6:30 PM in person at Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York, on the following matter:
PUBLIC HEARING: Public hearing of an appeal made by Jeffrey A. Nedrow, owner of 73 Dublin Road, Tax Parcel Number 16.-1-50. The applicant has applied for an Area Variance to install a 14’ x 23’ addition to the front of their house and needs relief from Town of Lansing Zoning Law § 270-12.1, Attachment 7 Area Frontage, Bulk, Height and Setback Requirements Agriculture District for a “front” yard setback (north-west) of 42’6” where 60’ is required. This project is located in the AG zoning district. This proposed action is classified as a Type II (617.5 (C)(12)) action and does not require any further review
