Notice of Permissive Referendum - Use of Technology Reserve Funds

NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM: The Lansing Town Board adopted a resolution dated April 15, 2026 authorizing the use of up to $9,500 from the Town’s Technology Capital Reserve Fund for website and data migration costs. Such resolution is subject to permissive referendum under law, and said resolution will become effective unless a petition signed by the required number of qualified electors of the Town of Lansing is received on or before May 15, 2026, protesting such resolution and requesting a referendum thereupon.
