2025 ROOF REPLACEMENT PROJECT

The Town Board of the Town of Lansing will receive sealed bids until 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, August 14, 2025 at the Town Clerk’s Office at 29 Auburn Road, Lansing NY 14882 for the Town of Lansing 2025 Roof Replacement Project located at #29 Auburn Road, whereafter all such bids shall be opened and read. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read at the Town Hall Board meeting room, all bids to be opened by the Town Clerk or her designee and read aloud.
Project Bid Documents are available at the said Town Clerk’s Office for any interested bidders.
All bids must be accompanied by a certificate executed pursuant to §103-d of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York. These certificates are available from the Town Clerk.
The Town Board of the Town of Lansing reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
