NOTICE TO E-BILL CUSTOMERS FOR WATER/SEWER ACCOUNTS:

Our office has been made aware that residents who are signed up to receive e-bill notifications are seeing balances of zero when they log in to their account to view their bill - in most cases, this is not correct. 

This issue was looked into by the software program team and has been corrected. E-bills have now been sent out and should reflect the actual balance due.

We apologize for any inconvenience or confusion this may have caused.
