Sealed Bids for the construction of the above-named project will be received by the Office of Town Clerk at the Lansing Town Hall, 29 Auburn Road, Lansing, New York 14882, until 10:00 AM local time Thursday, April 23rd , 2026, and will then be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked “Bid for Farrell Road Pump Station Emergency Generator”

The project consists of installation of a natural gas emergency generator at the existing sanitary sewer pump station. Owner to provide generator and ATS.

The Bidding Documents may be inspected at the office of the Engineer (Issuing Office). A physical copy  of said documents must be obtained only from the Issuing Office by contacting David O’Shea, P.E. via email at DLO@tgmillerpc.com. Include in the email subject line the following: REQUEST FOR BIDDING DOCUMENTS- Farrell Road Pump Station Emergency Generator. Bidders must provide their full business name, delivery address, phone number, contact name and FedEx account number for express delivery of the Bidding Documents.

A Pre-Bid conference will not be held. 

Amendments can only be accomplished by means of Addenda issued by the Engineer. Written questions must be addressed and submitted via email to David O’Shea, P.E. Questions must be received by 5:00 PM on April 16, 2026. Questions received after the deadline will not be answered.

All Bids must be made on the official Bid Form.

The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informality or technicality in any bid in the interest of the Town.
